Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai

Founded by the Samuel Kung Foundation, this fine establishment has been running since 2005. Located in the heart of China, Shanghai, in People's Park. This one is a real sight to behold. This fine crafts exhibition contains various degrees of diverse literary forms and portrayals. One such example would be the recent collaboration with the Korea Foundation to present East Asia Chinese artworks. This very gallery has also been widely known for educational & seminar programs, as to give a deeper understanding of its various works for outsiders to gain a better understanding of.

Inhotim

Inhotim, found in Brumadinho has been showcasing fine pieces since 2006. Since then, it started with an illustrator named Tunga having a deep interest in contemporary painting forms, therefore, he allowed designers to cover the space and assisting them with equipment needed to do so. Usually, coming in larger sizes that wouldn't fit in a standardized institution building, so, it mostly consists of outdoor pieces. For those that have love towards nature, this is just as equally an amazing destination for you! With its Botanical Garden, it's 5,000 plant species, which is 28% of the entire species uncovered, has been growing ever since 2011.

The majority of the pieces on display are outdoors displayed. Featuring works from well-established artists such as Dan Graham, Simon Starling, Yayoi Kusama and so much more. This exhibition is in a league of its own with how unique it chooses to represent its creative form. With such facts, it's no surprise that this is one of the highest regarded galleries out there.

Admission to this museum would set you back $44 for a wrist band as an entrance ticket. If you're on a tight budget, you can be admitted for free on Wednesdays (Only if that Wednesday doesn't fall on a holiday). But if you would like to enjoy the peace without much crowd then you would have to shell out that $44.

Metropolitan Museum of Art

Ever since 1872, this fine crafts museum has managed to continuously grow & expand further. This exhibition has been divided into seventeen different & unique individual groupings. Each containing, teams to curate them specifically. Continuing, it also contains six conservation groups.  This museum with a large variety contains many different types of collections including class antiquity, ancient Egypt, American, modern works, musical instruments, photographs and so much more to enjoy!

With so many different cultures and rich history to gain knowledge from, it's highly recommended that if you're in the neighborhood, you come down and give it a try!

Entrance tickets begin at a $12 price tag for students, $17 for adults and $25 for adults. Please note that for members & children under the age of 12, you will gain free admission. Priced reasonably, this will be a great day out for any individual or accompanying family to gain a deeper understanding of fine illustrations and history.

Palais de Tokyo

Found in Paris, with a founding date of 2002, this museum focuses on modern & contemporary pieces. This one is for those who enjoy more modern styled artwork instead of history focused ones. The director of this exhibition invites the youth to come and design various artworks while letting their creativity run wild, with its Pavillion experiment. With a flat price of 12 EUROS, this is a great getaway into the life of modern styled design & how its portrayed in this evolving age.

Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden

Since 1974, in Washington, this uniquely diverse museum has been focusing on displaying the last 50 years' worth of artworks. Some of the key points and displays would go to the highlighted artists such as Pablo Picasso, Mary Cassatt, Thomas Eakins and more. With an indoor styled museum to it and so many pieces, it is sure to give you a deeper understanding of how modern art is being portrayed.

With free admission and operating times from 10 am to 5:30 pm daily, there is no excuse to not take some out of your trip, while enjoying modern representation.

Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía

20th Century works can very well be found here, located in Spain, known as one of its best. Since 1992, it has been serving the community with its outstanding artworks, most noticeably by Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali. As for the most well-known piece, would go to the painting called "Guernica" by Picasso. Along with those artworks, it also endorses a free-access library containing collections of over 100,000 books, 3,500+ books, and 1,000+ videos! With so much to take away from, this is truly one of the world's best.
